The ATHENA Leadership Award® Dinner will be at Forest Hills Country Club on August 18th, 2022. We hope you’ll join us!

  • 6:00 p.m. – Cocktail Reception
  • 7:00 p.m. – Dinner (gluten-free and vegetarian options available)
  • 8:00 p.m. – Awards Presentation

Tickets are $75 per person.  You can also choose to sponsor a table of 8 for $600.

Payment can be made by check, invoice, or credit card (please call Dana Henderson at 765-259-0205 to pay by credit card).
